Meet Sean Carr, NBC-HWC, CPT

Sean believes that true health begins with a holistic approach that integrates the mind, body, and spirit. He is passionate about helping people take ownership of their health by blending functional health practices, mindfulness meditation, and motivational coaching. Sean’s philosophy is rooted in the idea that addressing the root causes of imbalances—especially in gut health—empowers individuals to unlock their full potential for well-being.

In addition to being a Nationally Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach, Sean is extensively certified in Health Optimization Medicine and Practice through HOMe/HOPe as well as a Holistic Nutritionist, and Personal Trainer. Additionally, he is trained in Mindfulness Meditation through the MMTCP program under renowned teachers Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach.

Sean is also a Certified Peptide Specialist through SSRP, the Seeds Scientific Research and Performance Institute, where he developed a deep understanding of how peptides can enhance cellular health and support healthy aging. By leveraging peptides, Sean helps his clients work with their bodies to optimize health, rather than merely working for their bodies.
